PVE
Elemental
Shaman's Ranged tree. Lots of fire and lightning. With CATA Spirit is converted to hit, works nicely with a Resto offset because the gear is shared.
Primary Priority Rotation - Flame Shock, Unleash Elements, Lava Burst, Lightning Bolt, refresh Flame Shock, use Unleash Elements in front of Lava Burst when off cooldown. Keep repeating Lightning Bolt until Lava Burst is off cooldown or has its cooldown reset. Hacksaw's been known to insert some Chain Lightning's in there if it won't break CC or cause any AoE issues, but that is more play style then pure DPS performance.
Stat Priorities - Intellect, Spirit/Hit till 17% capped, Haste, Mastery, Crit. Experience to date has shown that Mastery is better then Crit because Lava Burst is an automatic crit anyways and that's your big DPS spell.
Enhancement
Restoration
Shaman's Healing tree. Lots of Water and Earth. Can share gear with Elemental. Shaman's now use Spirit for Mana Regen - Goodbye MP5
Primary Priority Rotation - Rotations? Healing? Seems like they don't mesh. Well they don't its more right spell for right situation. Keep Earth Shield on the tank, Always use Riptide to generate faster heals. CATA AoE heal as of right now is Healing Rain, dump Chain Heal its not efficient anymore. Only use Healing Surge when you need fast heals, it will torch your mana pool. Team Unleash Elements with Greater Healing Wave or Any DIRECT heal, does not work with Healing Rain / Chain Heal.
